Floor Manager

Description

Reporting to the General Manager you will;
Act as an ambassador for Paris Paris. Always lead by example by demonstrating and upholding our service and quality standards. Ensure completion of opening duties, making certain the restaurant is prepared and staged for service. Manage and direct the team through a successful service by setting them up for success. Ensure all closing duties are checked off and the business is closed to our standards. Operate with integrity at all times. You will be a leader and a coach for our entire team. Communicate effectively to all FOH and BOH teammates to ensure smooth daily operation. Wine knowledge is an asset.

We ask that you have at least a minimum of 2 years of supervising a team of at least 10 employees.
